Ingredients

Servings
For the Recipe
- 6 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 2 cups milk powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tsp ghee
Directions

Take a medium-sized pan and add ghee and milk together. At this stage, do not turn on the gas-this helps in combining the ingredients evenly without curdling the milk.

Add milk powder into the same pan with the ghee and milk mixture.

Stir continuously using a whisk or spatula until the milk powder dissolves completely and you get a lump-free, smooth consistency.

Now turn on the gas to low heat. Add chopped pieces of Cadbury Bournville chocolate and begin stirring the mixture again.

Keep cooking on low to medium flame, stirring constantly, until all the ingredients melt, combine well, and the mixture begins to come together into a tight, fudge-like dough.

Immediately transfer the mixture to a greased baking tray or any flat plate. Flatten it evenly, decorate with sliced almonds on top, and let it set slightly before cutting it into barfi-shaped squares.
You can store it in the fridge for 3-4 days.
