This glacier-lookalike dessert, with chocolate swimming inside it, comes together in just 15 minutes with a little over 3 hours to cook and then pop in the fridge so it can set and be ready to be eaten. You only need milk, sugar, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, and something special called agar agar to create this dessert, all cooked to perfection.

For the Recipe

  • Milk - 2 + ½ Cups
  • Sugar - ½ cups
  • Agar Agar - 2 tsb
  • Cadbury Cocoa Powder - 1 ½ tsp
  • Cadbury Bournville Dark - ¼ cup + 3 tbsp

Directions

Add the milk, sugar, agar agar powder, and the Cadbury Cocoa Powder.

Whisk it all together well.

Transfer it to a pot and cook it on a stove for about 2-3 minutes.

Break and chop the Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate.

Add the chopped chocolate in the pot and put it back to the heat until it boils.

Pour it into any mold and fridge for about 3-4 hours until it set.
