For the Recipe
- Cadbury Bournville Chocolate - 1 packet (80 gm)
- All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 cup
- Softened butter - 1/2 cup
- Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- Baking Soda - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vanilla Essence - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Mixed dry fruits (cashews, almonds, pistachio, walnuts or any of your choice) - 1/2 cup
Directions

Melt bournville dark chocolate and stir continuously until smooth.

In a bowl, cream the softened butter and powdered sugar and vanilla essence together until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Add the melted Bournville chocolate to the creamed butter and sugar mixture. Stir until well combined.

In a separate bowl, sift the all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt. Mix these dry ingredients together and set them aside.

Gradually add the sifted dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.

If the dough is too dry, you can add a little milk to bring it together.

Gently fold in the mixed dry fruits into the dough. Ensure the dry fruits are evenly distributed throughout.

Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie), flatten them gently and place in a greased baking tray. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10–12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.

Let the cookies cool down completely on a wire rack. Enjoy your delicious Bournville Flavored Dry Fruit Cookies with a glass of milk or your favorite hot beverage!
You can store them in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
