For the Recipe
- 8 pieces Cadbury Bournville Chocolate
- 1 / 4 cup hot espresso
- 4 tsp heavy cream
- 3 scoops vanilla ice-cream
Directions

Place Bournville chocolate and cream in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave it for 1 minute

Keep stirring in 30-second intervals until you have a smooth ganache.

Place a small spoonful of the warm ganache at the bottom of a chilled glass or dessert bowl.

Place one large, firm scoop of vanilla ice cream directly on top of the ganache.

Pour steaming hot espresso over each portion.

Add one more scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Garnish with some melted chocolate & enjoy.
You can serve it with some chopped dry fruits. Serve immediately.
