For the Recipe
- Cadbury Bournville Chocolate - 1 packet
- Rolled Oats - 1 cup
- Almonds - 10-12 (soaked and peeled)
- Cashew - 10-12 (soaked)
- Dates - 3-4 (as per your sweetener taste)
- Milk (boiled and chilled) - 1/3 cup
Directions

In a small microwave-safe bowl, add Bournville chocolate pieces and microwave for 30 seconds.

In a blender, add rolled oats and blend into a fine powder.

Add the melted chocolate to the powdered oats.

Pour in the milk.

Add soaked cashews, almonds, and dates, then blend everything into a smooth, creamy mixture.

Transfer the mixture into a glass bowl (or a baking tray) and top with chopped cashews and almonds. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight to set the ice cream.

Once set, scoop the ice cream into bowls. Enjoy this creamy, rich, and healthy ice cream.
You can adjust the sweetness by adding some honey or sugar to taste; I didn't add any as the dates were naturally sweet.
