For the Recipe
- 6 pieces Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 2 tsp vermicelli
- 2 cup milk
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp rose syrup
- 2 scoop ice cream
- 1 tsp sabja seeds
Directions

In a pan, heat the milk. Stir the Cadbury Bournville chocolate pieces into the milk until they melt completely.

Continue to cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture has a small thickening. Before using, let it cool fully.

For a cool texture, place two teaspoons of soaked sabja (basil) seeds in the bottom of a serving glass.

Drizzle the sabja seeds with rose syrup. This gives the beverage a lovely pink coating and a pleasant, flowery taste.

Cover approximately one-fourth of the glass's interior with a piece of the precooked vermicelli.

To create a rich, creamy chocolate layer in the glass, slowly pour the thick, cooled chocolate milk over the vermicelli.

For added decadence and richness, scoop your preferred ice cream—chocolate or vanilla, ideally—and spread it on top.

For a delightful, cool treat, drizzle honey over the top, garnish as you like, and serve the falooda cold.
While adding cooked vermicelli, make sure there is no water on it.
