  • Chopped mixed fruits: 1 cup
  • Greek Yogurt: 1 cup
  • Honey / Maple Syrup: 2 tsp
  • 2 tsp crushed peanuts

Throw your fruit and yogurt into a blending jar.

Add sweetener into a blender. Blitz until smooth.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours (overnight is even better).
