For the Recipe
- Cadbury Bournville - 2 packets
- Cadbury Gems - 2 packets
- Mint Leaves for garnishing (optional)
Directions

Break Bournville chocolate in pieces and melt it.

Stir thoroughly until smooth and completely lump-free.

Place 2-3 silicon molds upside down on parchment paper.

Using a piping bag, carefully pipe spirals over the molds to form a basket like shape. Allow them to set completely in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, before removing.

De-mold the baskets carefully and place on a parchment paper.

Add a few gems to the baskets. Additionally, you can keep a few Mint leaves in the basket to garnish. Once set, enjoy.
Serve immediately or can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
