- Banana - 1 frozen
- Chia seeds - 1 tsp
- Ice cubes - 2-3
- Peanut butter - 1.5 tsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Pinch of salt
- Cadbury Cocoa powder - 2 tsp
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Pumpkin seeds / Cashew nuts / Chocolate shavings (for garnishing)
Directions

Slice the bananas, freeze them overnight, and transfer the frozen slices to a blender jar.

Add 3–4 ice cubes to the blender jar to give the smoothie a refreshing, frosty texture.

Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to boost the smoothie with omega-3s and a slight texture.

Add 1–2 tablespoons of cocoa powder along with a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.

Add the chilled milk to help create a smooth, creamy texture.

Add 1 teaspoon of creamy peanut butter to enhance the smoothie’s texture and add a boost of protein.

Drizzle in honey for natural sweetness.

Once blended to a smooth consistency, pour the mixture into your favorite serving glass, leaving a little space at the top for garnishing.

Top with a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds, a few cashew nuts, and delicate chocolate shavings for added crunch and flavor. Serve chilled and enjoy.
