For the Recipe
- 8 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 2 big-sized bananas
- ¼ cup jaggery powder
- ¼ cup ghee
- ¼ cup dry fruits
Directions

Heat 3-4 tsp of ghee in a pan and fry dry fruits until golden brown. Keep it aside.


Continue cooking until the banana turns soft. Then smash a little .

Add in jaggery powder and mix well. Cook for about 1 minute. At this point, the halwa will get glossy.

Break Cadbury Bournville chocolate and add to the halwa. Stir continuously until everything mixes well.

Keep cooking for 2 minutes. Once done, let it cool down and serve in a bowl.
Kerala banana halwa can be served in a bowl, or you can cut it into square pieces before serving.
