For the Recipe
- Cadbury Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp
- Whole wheat flour - 1 / 2 cup
- Water - 2 cups
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Ghee - 1 / 2 cup
- Cashew Nuts - 10-12
- A pinch of salt
- Raisins - 10-12
- Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Directions

For preparing the wheat mixture, in a bowl, mix whole wheat flour with 1 cup water to make a smooth, lump-free paste.

Add the remaining water, mix well, and strain through a fine sieve.

For preparing the sugar syrup - In a pan, add sugar and ½ cup water.

Cook until the sugar dissolves and the syrup reaches a slightly sticky consistency.

Slowly add the strained wheat mixture to the sugar syrup, one spoonful at a time, stirring continuously to ensure a smooth, lump-free consistency.

Keep on stirring to prevent lumps. Cook on medium-low heat until it starts to thicken.

Mix Cadbury Cocoa Powder with a little water to make a smooth paste.

Add the cocoa powder mixture to the pan and stir well until evenly incorporated.

Add ghee gradually, stirring continuously after each addition. Keep cooking until the halwa becomes glossy, thick, and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Add cardamom powder and a pinch of salt and give it a quick mix.

For the finishing touch, add ghee-roasted cashews and raisins. Mix well and cook for another 2–3 minutes.

Serve warm and enjoy
