PRO-TIPS TO GET THE BEST FROZEN YOGURT BITES:
Use quality ingredients, like a premium brand of Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries of the winter season, and Cadbury Dairy Milk, because they are going to yield you the best yogurt treats.
Ensure that the strawberries are completely dry before you chop them, so there is no excess moisture in your yogurt mix.
You can introduce different Oreo textures in the yogurt bites by crushing them into both large and fine chunks.
Evenly coating the fruit and crushed cookies with the yogurt is essential, but it’s best to gently fold everything together instead of aggressively mixing.
Monitor the chocolate closely as you melt it in the microwave, using short bursts of around ten seconds each. This technique prevents overheating, ensuring a smooth and glossy texture.
To ensure even coating of the yogurt bites with chocolate, use a fork or a toothpick to dip them into the melted chocolate.
After dipping the yogurt bites into the melted chocolate, immediately refrigerate them on a silicon tray or parchment-lined baking tray for an hour or more. This step ensures that the chocolate coating sets uniformly, giving you a fulfilling crunch with each bite.
You can also substitute Dairy Milk with any of Cadbury’s other selection of chocolates.
