For the Recipe
- Oreo Biscuits – About 15 biscuit pieces
- Melted butter – 30 ml
- Fresh Cream (cold) – ½ Cup
- Condensed Milk – ½ Cup
- Roughly chopped pistachios – a handful
Directions

Crumb the Oreo cookies in a food processor to create a fine base.

Press this mixture on the bottom of a lined cake tin and keep it in the fridge to set for 10-15 minutes.

Mix the cream and condensed milk in a bowl until it is creamy. Make sure both the cream and condensed milk are chilled.

Roughly break the remaining Oreo biscuits and add it into the cream along with chopped pistachios.

Pour it on top of the biscuit base.

Sprinkle few more broken Oreos and pistachios on top of the layer. Freeze for about 4-5 hours. Serve cold.
The cream and condensed milk should be cold before whipping it.
