Cooking Instructions

Step 01
Place the almonds in a bowl of boiling water for 15 minutes. The skin should come off easily or let it continue to soak until it does.

Make a 1-cm-deep and 2.5-cm-long cut to a date surface and place the almond inside. Repeat this for all dates.

Place the chopped Dairy Milk Silk bars in a large glass bowl.

Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir continuously until chocolate has completely melted.

Step 05
Dip each date and generously coat it with chocolate on all sides.

Step 06
Refrigerate to allow the chocolate to set.
