Oreo Cookie Pancakes Recipe

Directions

1. Step 1

   Take the Double Stuff Oreo Cookies. One at a time, scrape off the creme filling from the cookie. Set aside.

2. Step 2

   Crush the cookies until they turn into fine powder.

3. Step 3

   Take a bowl. Add the cookie crumbs, pancake mix and water. Stir until the mixture is moist and well-combined. Set aside for two minutes.

4. Step 4

   Take a large, heavy skillet. Put it on medium-high heat. Spray it with cooking spray.

5. Step 5

   Using a ladle, transfer 1tbsp of the batter into the hot skillet for the first pancake.

6. Step 6

   Cook it until bubbles form on the top, and then turn over to cook the other side.

7. Step 7

   Once done, remove it from the skilled. Repeat the process for the remaining batter.

8. Step 8

   Once all the pancakes are ready, spread the reserved cookie creme filling on the pancakes. Oreo Cookie Pancakes are ready!
