Servings
For the Recipe
- 24 pieces Oreo cookies
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 1 / 2 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Directions

Toss Oreos into a food processor and pulse until they are fine crumbs

Stir in the melted butter until it looks like wet sand

Firmly press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch cheesecake mould. Use the bottom of a measuring cup to get it nice and flat. Pop it in the freezer while you make the filling.

In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and a few Oreo crumbles until completely smooth and lump-free.

Add whipped cream and gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.

Transfer the mixture to the same cake mold. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

In a pan, cook blueberries & sugar.

Keep cooking until it forms a smooth, creamy jelly texture.

Pour the mixture all over the cheese & refrigerate again until set. Let it rest for 5 hours, though overnight is best for the cleanest slices.

Separate the cheesecake from the mould & enjoy.
Ensure your cream cheese is truly at room temperature before mixing; you'll end up with "tiny polka dots" of unmixed cheese
