For the Recipe
- Almonds & dates - soaked and peeled 5-6
- Milk - 1 & 1/2 cups
- Dairy milk - 4-6 pieces
- Coffee powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Whipped cream - 2 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1/2 teasoon
- Cocoa Powder - 1/2 table spoon
- Chocolate shaving & chopped dryfruits for garnishing
Directions

In a small bowl, combine soaked almonds and dates. Add 1 tsp of warm milk and blend into a smooth paste.

Heat the milk in a saucepan. Once hot, stir in the almond-date paste.

Add Dairy Milk chocolate to the hot milk, stirring until it melts and becomes smooth.

In a small cup, add whipped cream and coffee powder.

Mix well until combined.

Stir in a touch of vanilla essence, and continue to heat without letting it boil.

Lastly add the coffee & cream mixture and remove from the heat.

Pour the mocha hot chocolate into a mug. Top with chopped dry fruits (almonds and cashew nuts) and shaved chocolate. Serve hot and enjoy.
