For Mint Oreo Silk Truffle

20 Cadbury Oreo Creme Biscuits, crushed (any flavour of your choice)Buy
1 bar Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk Oreo, finely choppedBuy
2 bars Cadbury Dairy Milk Silk (plain), chopped into smaller piecesBuy
¾ cup softened cream cheese
1½ tsp peppermint essence

Directions

Step 1

Blend the Oreos until it has a crumb-like texture.
Step 2

Mix the softened cream cheese, Oreo crumbs, chopped Silk Oreo bar and peppermint essence until well combined.
Step 3

Form 1-inch-sized balls. Refrigerate to set.
Step 4

Place the chopped Dairy Milk Silk bars in a large glass bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering hot water. Stir continuously until completely melted.
Step 5

Dip the balls in the melted chocolate and place in the refrigerator to set.
Step 6

Drizzle with melted white chocolate (optional).
