For the Recipe
- 2 tsp melted butter
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 piece egg
- 1/4 cup flour
- ½ cup Cadbury Bournville chocolate
- 1 packet Gems
Directions

Melt unsalted butter. Pour it into a mixing bowl, add cocoa powder, and mix.

Once the butter and cocoa powder are mixed properly, add the brown sugar. You may also use powdered sugar.

Now add 1 egg to the same bowl. Mix all ingredients gently.

Now add flour and mix again.

Now chop and add Cadbury Bournville chocolate. Do not overmix it. Cover the cookie dough and chill for at least 2–3 hours.

After chilling, the dough is quite solid, so let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Now, scoop out a ball of dough and decorate it with some chocolate gems. You can put in as much as you want.

Bake the cookies for 13–15 minutes at 180°C or until the edges are slightly browned. Cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes. Enjoy.
Cookies remain fresh when covered at room temperature for up to 1 week.
