For the Recipe
- 2 packets of Dairymilk chocolate
- 2 tsp milk
- 1 tsp coffee
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 / 8 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp oil
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 / 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 / 4 cup cream
Directions

In a bowl, whisk milk and coffee together.

Pour yogurt into the same bowl. Make sure the yogurt is at room temperature.

Add baking soda for softness.

Add sugar or jaggery for sweetness.

Add oil for a moist and long-lasting cake.

Sift in all-purpose flour. You can use any type of flour.

Add baking powder.

Now, combine all dry ingredients with wet ingredients gently.

Pour melted dairy milk chocolate and mix it again with the batter.

Pour the batter into a cake mold and bake it for 20-25 minutes at 190°C till a skewer comes clean.

Draw a star shape on a piece of paper or cardboard. Place the paper stencil on the cake and use a sharp knife to cut around the template.

Create a star-shaped cake.

For the glaze, combine Dairymilk chocolate with warm cream. Mix it properly, and your glaze is ready.

Wait for the cake to come to room temperature and then decorate it with the glaze. Garnish & enjoy.
One can add some chopped nuts for extra crunch.
