For the Recipe
- 10 pieces Dairy Milk chocolate
- 1 cup curd
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 ½ cup maida
- 1 tsp coffee powder
Directions

Place curd and sugar in a large bowl and gently mix them.

Now add baking soda and baking powder and mix slowly.

Now add baking soda and baking powder and mix slowly. Once mixed properly, mix vegetable oil and beat it with an electric mixer at medium speed for about 1 minute until smooth.

Next, add milk and vanilla extract and mix again.

Place Maida and start mixing again. Make sure the batter texture is smooth.

Reserve ¾ cup batter; pour the remaining batter into the bowl.

Microwave Dairymilk chocolate for 30 seconds or until it melts.

Mix the melted chocolate with ¾ cup of batter.

In a small bowl, mix coffee powder with warm milk. Pour this coffee mixture into ¾ cup of batter.

Mix the chocolate and coffee mixture with the batter until it changes color to brown.

Now add both batters into a cake pan one by one. Also, you can add white batter first and then add chocolate batter into the pan.

Using a knife, swirl the chocolate batter into the white batter to give it a marble effect.

Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 35 minutes; check with a skewer to see if cake is done. Remove and let it cool before serving.
Marble cake tastes delicious without any frosting. You can dust icing sugar over the cake if you like.
