For the Recipe
- 10 pieces Dairy Milk chocolate
- 2 cups makhana
- 2 cups milk
- ¼ cup dry fruits
- 8-9 pieces saffron strands
- ¼ cup ghee
- ¼ tsp chopped pistachio
Directions

Dry roast makhana with ghee. Shallow fry them until they turn crunchy. Crush and put aside 2 teaspoons of makhana separately.

Now add milk to the makhana. Keep the heat on medium to low and stir at intervals to prevent the milk from sticking to the bottom.

Next, add dry fruits and let them cook for a few minutes.

Add saffron milk for a rich flavor.

Now add Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate and keep stirring until the chocolate melts. Cook for 1 minute.

Now, add crushed makhanas with chocolate kheer. cook for another 1 minute or until creamy.

Transfer the kheer in a bowl, decorate with some chopped pistachio. Enjoy.
You can skip saffron and only make the kheer with cardamom.
