Servings
For the Recipe
- 2 packets Dairy Milk
- 10 pieces samosa sheet
- 1 bowl pistachio dust
- 1 bowl sugar syrup
- 2 cups oil
- 10 pieces Toothpick
Directions

Fold the samosa sheets like a paper fan and pinch the base slightly to hold its shape.

Gently insert a toothpick to secure the fan shape.

Heat the oil in a medium-sized pan, fry the cute fans until golden.

Once frying is done, remove the food from the oil. Let it cool slightly, then remove the toothpicks carefully.

Dip the cooled fans in the sugar syrup. Let them soak for 10 minutes.

Take a bowl, carefully break the Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolates, and microwave for 1 minute or until melted.

Dip the fans' tips into the melted chocolate.

Dip the chocolate part immediately into chopped pistachios.

Decorate as per your choice. Let it sit for a while and enjoy.
You can store it in the refrigerator in an airtight jar for 1 week.
