For the Recipe
- 10 pieces Cadbury Dairymilk chocolate
- 1 cup hung curd
- 1 cup condensed milk
- ½ tsp cardamom powder
Directions

In a medium bowl, mix curd and condensed milk together. Please use hung curd, as it will give you the best consistency and texture.

Now mix cardamom powder in the same bowl.

Take another bowl and microwave the dairy milk chocolates until they are melted.

Add melted chocolate to the bowl.

Whisk this mixture nicely or until smooth. If you like, you can add more chocolates.

Pour the mixture into any mold or bowl. Cover it with aluminum foil. Now steam it for 15 minutes.

Demold it carefully and garnish it with some chopped pistachios. Serve it hot, or you can keep it to chill for 2-3 hours.
If you would rather not add condensed milk, then replace it with jaggery powder.
