For the Recipe
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
- 2 tsp chocolate protein powder
- 1tsp unsweetened cacao powder
- 3 tbsp milk of choice
- 1 piece of chopped dark chocolate
Directions

Mix the maple syrup and peanut butter

Add the protein powder to the same bowl. You can use any flavour.

Add cacao powder for chocolatey richness.

Add milk and combine everything.
Using a scoop or spoon, transfer the cookie dough onto the baking sheet, leaving 2 inches between them to allow spreading.

Gently press & spread the dough a little. Add the dark chocolate chunks on top.

Cook in the microwave for 1 minute at 180°C.

Enjoy with some coffee.
One can store it for 2 weeks in an airtight container.
