For the Recipe
- 6 tsp oil
- 1 / 2 cup sugar
- 1 / 2 cup curd
- 2 tbsp milk
- 3 / 4th cup all-purpose flour
- 6 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 / 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 / 4th tsp baking soda
- 8 pieces melted chocolate, for garnish
Directions

Take a bowl and whisk sugar and oil until nicely combined.

Add curd to the same bowl.

Add milk to this mixture. Make sure you use room temperature milk.

Whisk again until everything is properly combined.

Sift the dry ingredients. Add all-purpose flour first.

Then add Cadbury cocoa powder for a chocolatey consistency.

For softness and fluffiness, add baking powder & baking soda over this mixture

Now mix everything well. Do not over-mix.

Spread this batter neatly in the same bowl and microwave on regular heating mode for 5 mins.

Once the cake is cooked and out of the microwave, melt some dark chocolate and spread a generous layer of it on the cake. Garnish & enjoy.
For an extra flavor, you can add coffee powder.
