For the Recipe
- ¼ cup Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 3 scoops vanilla icecream
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup condensed milk
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 tsp chopped almonds
- ½ cup whipped cream
- 6 pieces cake slices
Directions

In a small saucepan, combine the condensed milk and butter over a medium heat.

Pour milk and bring to a gentle simmer.

Add chopped Bournville dark chocolate. Let it sit untouched for 2 minutes to soften the chocolate.

Use a whisk to stir from the center outward until the sauce is glossy and pitch-black.

Drizzle a little warm fudge at the bottom of the glass

Add 2-3 large scoops of high-quality vanilla ice cream.

Add chopped cake over the ice cream.

Add one more scoop of ice cream and a generous amount of the warm Bournville fudge.

Top with a cloud of whipped cream and a sprinkle of toasted almonds. Serve immediately.
Put your sundae glass in the freezer for 5 minutes before serving to slow down the melting
