Ingredients
1
serving
For the Recipe
- 2 tsp cadbury cocoa powder
- 2 tsp tea leaves
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1cup milk
Directions

Take a medium-sized pan and pour in the milk; place it over medium heat and allow it to come to a boil gently without letting it overflow.

Once the milk starts boiling, add the desired amount of sugar and stir continuously until the sugar has completely dissolved into the liquid. Then, add loose tea leaves and stir again, letting the tea infuse and release its rich aroma into the milk .

Add Cadbury cocoa powder to the hot tea mixture and immediately begin stirring to prevent lumps from forming and to ensure even distribution throughout.

Continue to cook the mixture for a few more minutes while stirring constantly to help the cocoa powder dissolve completely and blend with the tea.

Carefully strain the hot tea using a fine mesh strainer into a clean kettle or jug to remove the tea leaves and any undissolved particles. Once strained, set the kettle aside at room temperature and allow the tea to cool down completely.

Take a tall serving glass and fill it halfway or more with clean, fresh ice cubes to prepare for serving the cooled cocoa tea. Once the tea has cooled, pour it over the ice cubes in the glass slowly.

Garnish the drink with a few fresh mint leaves placed gently on top to add a hint of herbal freshness and visual appeal to your iced cocoa tea.
You can use honey / jaggery instead of sugar.
