For the Chhena
- 1 cup full-fat milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice or vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Milk Syrup
- 1 cup full-fat milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
For the Ganache (1:1 ratio of chocolate and cream)
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate – 100 gm
- Fresh cream – 100 ml
- Cocoa powder
Directions

Take Cadbury bars, break it into small pieces.

Melt and whisk.

Pour milk in a heavy bottom pot and boil. Stir, move aside the malai/cream that comes on top till desired thickness is achieved.

Dip chhena balls in melted chocolate and freeze. Take them out and place them inside the Malai bowl.
