Directions

Take Cadbury bars, break it into small pieces.

Melt and whisk.

Take maida and cocoa powder in a bowl. Mix well.

Add ghee to it. Then knead it into a firm dough.

Place the dough on a flat surface and slice out gojas in the traditional shape. Deep fry in ghee until they turn golden brown and crisp. Then soak in sugar syrup.

Coat sugar-soaked gojas with melted chocolate on top, garnish with nuts and serve.
