Kalojaam is a darker, more intense cousin of the traditional gulab jamun, deep-fried to a rich brown hue that gives it its name. Made from khoya or chhena, it is soaked in light sugar syrup, allowing the sweetness to seep into its soft, spongy core. With its fried outer layer and tender inside, it delivers a deep, indulgent flavour loved across Bengal. Cadbury Bhalo-jaam gets its extra “bhalo” touch dipped in Cadbury Dairy Milk!
