For the Recipe
- 5 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 2 cups ragi flour
- ½ cup chopped almonds
- ½ cup ghee
- ½ cup milk
Directions

Add 2 cups of ragi flour and ghee to a pan.

Dry roast the flour until it turns aromatic.

Now add milk to the ragi flour and keep stirring continuously.

Add Cadbury Bournville chocolate. Make sure the chocolate is at room temperature. Mix well.

Once the ragi and milk are combined properly, start adding chopped almonds.

Mix the almonds and ragi mixture properly.

Pinch out small portions of the mixture and shape them into round laddoos. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.

Cover a few laddoos with dry rose powder.

Cover the remaining laddoos with pistachio powder. Refrigerate all the laddoos for 30 minutes and enjoy.
You can add a little jaggery powder with ragi mix for more sweetness.
