Chocolate and puffed rice have been friends in candy for a long time. The combination first showed up in commercial chocolate bars in the middle of the 20th century. For the Recipe
- 15 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 1 cup puffed rice
- 1 pinch sea salt
- ¾ cup pumpkin seeds ( optional)
Directions

Break the Bournville chocolate into small pieces.Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth

Add a tiny pinch of sea salt for little salty twist.

Add the puffed rice and fold gently with a spatula until every grain is dark and glossy.

Add paper cups into a cupcake tray.Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a cupcake mould .

Pour some more melted chocolate & cover the top.

Add a few pumpkin seeds on top & Place in the fridge for at least 30–45 minutes until completely firm.

After 40 minutes remove rice bites from the cupcake tray & enjoy.
If you want to get fancy, add 20g of crushed toasted hazelnuts or dried cranberries.
