Servings
For the Recipe
- 2 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 3 pieces Bananas
- ¾ cup greek yogurt
Directions

Peel the bananas and cut them in half (crosswise). Insert a popsicle stick into the flat end of each half. Place them on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 2 hours until rock solid.

Dip each frozen banana into the Greek yogurt. Use a spoon to help coat it evenly. Place them back on the parchment paper and return to the freezer for 1 hour.

Break the Bournville chocolate into pieces. Melt it in 30-second intervals in the microwave (or over a double boiler). Stir until glossy.

Dip the yogurt-covered frozen banana into the chocolate. Because the banana is frozen, the chocolate will snap-shell almost instantly!

Place the chocolate-dipped bananas back on the tray. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes if you want a softer bite, or keep them in the freezer if you prefer a fully frozen ice-cream texture.
1. If you store these in the freezer long-term, let them sit on the counter for about 5 minutes before eating. This allows the banana to soften slightly so it tastes like creamy custard rather than an ice cube.
2. You can sprinkle some salt or toppings to the chocolate shell if you want.
