For the Recipe
- 8 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 2 tsp Cadbury cocoa powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 cup yogurt
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup milk
Directions

In a large bowl, whisk the flour, Cadbury cocoa, and sugar together.

Add baking powder and baking soda for softness and fluffiness. You can add a pinch of salt as well.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk yogurt, oil & milk.

Gently mix until smooth and combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Fold gently with a spatula just until no streaks of flour remain. Do not overmix.

Fill the muffin mold with cake batter. Sprinkle the Bournville chocolate chips on top. Preheat at 220°C for 5 minutes. Bake for another 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with just a few moist crumbs.

Let it cool & enjoy.
These stay moist for up to 3 days in an airtight container, or you can freeze them for up to 2 months.
