For the Recipe
- 5 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 2 cups ragi flour
- ½ cup yogurt
- ¼ cup jaggery powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
Directions

In a bowl, add yogurt and baking soda. Gently mix it together.

In the same bowl, add jaggery powder and milk together.

Next, add ragi flour and gently start mixing everything together.

Lastly, add baking powder and mix it again. Let it rest for 5 minutes.

Now add chopped Cadbury Bournville chocolates and give them a last mix.

Now take any cake mold and pour in the cake batter. Add more Bournville chocolate on the top. Now bake it at 180°C for 15 minutes or until done. Let it cool, then serve.
You can mix in some chopped dried fruits for more richness.
