For the Recipe
- 6 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cuprice flour
- 2 tsp ghee
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups oil for frying
Directions

Take a medium-sized bowl, mix rice flour, ghee & desiccated coconut.

Add sugar to it. You can also use jaggery powder.

Now add water and give it a mix. Whisk well till the sugar dissolves completely. Make a smooth batter.

Meanwhile, take warm milk. Break and Cadbury Bournville chocolate. Let the chocolate melt for some time.

Once the chocolate melts with milk, mix it and pour it into the batter.

Mix gently and rest it for 30 minutes. Ensure the batter has a thick consistency.

Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Pour the batter into a ring shape. With the help of your hand, you can make a big or small ring shape as per your choice.

Fry it till golden brown. Once done, take it out of the pan.
Store them in an air-tight container once they cool down completely.
Sel Roti can be served as a tea-time snack with tea/coffee, or other beverages.
