Servings
For the Recipe
- 6 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 2 cups fresh coconut
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ bowl chopped pistachio
Directions

Take a blending jar and add freshly chopped coconut.

Add sugar into the same blending jar and blend until a fine paste forms.

Take a medium pan, heat it, and add ghee. Now transfer the coconut mixture and keep stirring.

Once the coconut starts changing its colour to golden brown, add milk and mix well.

Now add cardamom powder for flavour. You can add rose water as well.

Now add Cadbury Bournville chocolates.

As the coconut mixture is hot, the chocolate will melt very easily. Keep cooking until the chocolate mixes completely with the coconut. Do not make the mixture too dry.

Transfer this mixture to a baking tray. Add some chopped pistachios and decorate.

Keep it into the freeze for 30 minutes. Cut into small square shapes and enjoy.
You can add ¼ cup fresh grated paneer with coconut for moretaste.
