For the Recipe
- 4 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 2 tsp Cadbury cocoa powder
- 15 dates
- ¾ cup milk
- ¼ cup ghee
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
Directions

Take a medium bowl, add deseeded dates and milk. Cover it and let it sit for 5 minutes until the dates are soft and mushy. Blend them in a mixer grinder to form date paste.

Add chocolate and ghee to a bowl and melt it in a microwave at 30-second intervals till completely melted.

Mix the date paste with the chocolate ghee mixture and give it a good mix.

Add the whole wheat flour to this mixture.

Add Cadbury cocoa powder for chocolatey richness.

Mix it until it forms a smooth lump-free batter. Batter should not be runny in texture.

Transfer the batter into the greased pan. Sprinkle some chocolate on top of the batter. Now bake for 20 minutes.

Let the brownies come to room temperature before demoulding and slicing. Once cool, cut into the desired shape.

Enjoy your brownie with a cup of coffee.
To store them, use airtight containers and keep them in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
