Servings
For the Recipe
- 7 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 1 litre milk
- 2 tsp agar agar powder
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup fresh cream
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
Directions

In a medium saucepan, first mix milk, sugar, and agar-agar powder. Mix until the sugar and agar-agar dissolve. Now switch on the gas and start heating.

Now add the heavy cream and mix again.

Now add vanilla essence and keep stirring until it's a little thick.

Keep half the mixture separately for the chocolate panna cotta. Set the glasses on an angle in a small container or any small glass. If the glasses slide, place a small towel underneath to help stabilize. Pour in the mixture. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours

Now for chocolate panna cotta: heat the remaining mixture again and add Cadbury Bournville chocolate.

Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.

Cool the mixture for 15-20 minutes, then pour the chocolate-milk mixture through a sieve into the glasses. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Decorate and serve chilled.
You can replace gelatin as a replacement for agar agar.
