For the Recipe
- 20 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 5 pieces samosa sheet
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- ⅓ cup Chopped dry fruits for decoration
- 2 cups oil
Directions

In a small bowl, mix chopped Cadbury Bournville chocolate and desiccated coconut.

Gently mix everything, do not melt or heat the chocolate otherwise Samosa will be soggy after frying.

Cut your pastry sheets into long strips. Fold one corner over to form a triangle pocket.

Spoon about 1.5 teaspoons of the chocolate-coconut mix into the pocket. Do not overstuff, or they will burst in the oil!

Brush the edges with your flour paste and press down firmly to seal.

Continue folding the triangle until you reach the end of the strip.

Dip fry all samosas one by one carefully until they turn golden brown.

Dip samosa in melted chocolate. You can coat the whole samosa or half a part with chocolate.Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Garnish & enjoy.
