For the Recipe
- 20 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 / 4 cup mint syrup
- 2 slices vanilla flavoured cake, medium size
Directions

Take a medium-sized cake. Slice it and place it in any cake mold.

Now, in a medium-sized bowl, add vanilla ice cream and mint syrup. Use the best quality vanilla ice cream for the best results.

Gently mix the syrup with the ice cream and keep it in the freezer.

Microwave and melt Bournville chocolate for 1 minute.

Pour the melted chocolate over the cake and cover it with a 2-inch portion.

Layer the cake with the prepared mint ice cream.

Carefully cover the chocolate with ice cream. Refrigerate it for at least 6 hours.

Once set, remove the pastry from the cake mould, garnish with some chopped Bournville chocolate, and serve immediately.
