Bingsu is a special part of Korean food culture, especially in the summer when it's hot— cold desserts are a big relief. Ingredients
1
serving
For the Recipe
- 8 pieces Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup condensed milk
- 6 pieces cake slices
- 1 scoop ice cream
Directions

In a bowl, whisk together the milk and condensed milk and mix them properly.

Pour the mixture into a large Ziploc freezer bag or a flat glass tray. Keep it in the freezer for about 9-10 hours.

Once frozen solid, take it out. Use a rolling pin or a heavy spoon to smash the ice until it reaches a fine, flaky consistency. Alternatively, you can run the frozen chunks through a blender on a low pulse setting for 5 seconds. Pour half of the milk snow into a chilled bowl.

Break Bournville chocolate into a bowl & microwave for 1 minute.

Add cake slices & cover the milk snow.

Now pour melted chocolate all over it.

Garnish with 1 scoop of ice cream and serve immediately.
Put your serving bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes before assembling so the bingsu doesn't melt instantly.
