For the Recipe
For the Cupcakes- All-purpose flour - ½ cup
- Cadbury Cocoa powder - ¼ cup
- Baking powder - ½ tsp
- Baking soda -½ tsp
- Pinch of salt
- Powdered sugar - ½ cup
- Melted butter - ½ cup
- Milk - ½ cup
- Vanilla Essence - ½ teaspoon
- Cadbury Bournville Chocolate - 1 / 2 packet
- Whipping cream - ½ cup
- Icing sugar - 1 tsp
- Melted chocolate - 1 tsp
- Gummy eyeball candies
- Chocolate shavings
Directions

In a bowl, whisk together the sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth and well combined.

Stir in the melted Cadbury Bournville chocolate and mix until beautifully combined.

In a separate mixing bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently as you go.

Gently fold everything together until you have a smooth, lump-free batter. Be careful not to overmix.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cupcake liners, filling each one about three-quarters full.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a cupcake tray with cupcake liners. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely. Once cooled, gently trim the tops to create a flat, even surface, if desired.

In a clean bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Add the icing sugar and continue whipping until smooth, light and creamy.

Gently fold in the melted Cadbury Bournville chocolate until fully incorporated.

Whip the mixture again until you have a smooth, rich and beautifully chocolatey frosting.

Pipe or generously spoon the chocolate frosting over the completely cooled cupcakes.

Place the gummy eyeballs on top and gently press them into the frosting so they stay in place. For an extra spooky effect, drizzle a little melted chocolate over the frosting or sprinkle with chocolate shavings to create a creepy, web-like finish. Your spooky, indulgent Chocolate Eyeball Cupcakes are ready to serve. Enjoy these delightfully creepy and delicious treats.
