For the Recipe
- Cadbury Bournville - 2 packets
- Watermelon
- Desiccated coconut - 1/2 tsp
- Chopped Pistachio - 1/2 tsp
- Ice Cream Sticks - 4-6 (as required)
Directions

Cut the watermelon into thick slices (round).

With the help of a round cookie cutter, scoop out the center from the slice.

Place the watermelon slice on parchment paper and gently blot with a paper napkin to remove excess moisture.

Add icecream sticks.

Break Cadbury Bournville chocolate into pieces and melt it.

Pour the melted chocolate onto the center of the watermelon slice and spread it evenly across the surface.

Sprinkle some desiccated coconut over the melted chocolate.

Spread the chopped pistachios and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to set. Slice into triangles and Enjoy the fruity and chocolatey lollipops.
Serve immediately.
