For the Recipe

  • 5 pieces of Oreo Cookies 
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • ½ cup of cream
  • 2 tbsp of condensed milk
  • ¼ cup of milk 
  • 3 tbsp of Cadbury White

Crush the five Oreo cookies either in a food processor or by putting them in a ziploc bag and bashing them with a rolling pin.

Add the two tablespoons of butter to the Oreo powder.

Save some for a teaspoon each for garnish and for the pudding, and press the rest firmly into the bottom of a glass.

In a bowl, whip together heavy cream and condensed milk.

Add a teaspoon of the Oreo rubble to the cream mix and blend well.

Pour this creamy mixture on top of the Oreo base in the glass.

Then heat up the milk either in a microwave or on a stovetop. Keep the flame on low as you add the white chocolate to this and wait for it to fully melt.

The milk will also thicken after you incorporate the white chocolate. Then pour it into your glass and let the dessert set for at least 30 minutes.

Sprinkle a bit more of the Oreo powder on top to decorate and add some extra crunch.

Your Yum Crunch is ready to be enjoyed.

TIPS:
You can also top the Yum Crunch with slivered almonds and cashews if you’re a fan of nuts and have them in your pantry.
Substitute white chocolate with either Cadbury Dairy Milk or Cadbury Bournville if you want to switch up the flavor profile.
