Servings
For the Recipe
- 10 pieces Oreo cookies
- 8 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- 5 pieces Cadbury Dairymilk
- ½ cup whipping cream
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Directions

Blend Oreo biscuits in a processor & blend them until it forms a fine powder.

Press a spoonful into the bottom of 6 glass jars or ramekins. Use the back of a spoon to pack it tight. Pop these in the fridge while you prepare the layers.

Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

In a bowl, break Bournville chocolate and mix with warm heavy cream.

Mix the chocolate and heavy cream mixture with whipped cream until everything mixes together and makes a smooth texture.

Pipe or spoon the dark chocolate and cream mixture over the Oreo base.

For another layer, mix Dairymilk chocolate along with the remaining warm cream.

Gently fold 1/3 of the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture. You want to keep it airy, so don't over-mix. Again, pipe or spoon the layer over the chocolate base.

Gently fold the mixture. Pour the dairy milk mixer all over the chocolate and finish the last layer.

Garnish with some chopped chocolate or powdered Oreo. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
1. Cocoa powder clumps very easily. Sift it together with the powdered sugar before adding it to the cream
2. If you want a cleaner look between the layers, use a piping bag (or a Ziploc bag with the corner snipped off) to fill the jars. It prevents the "smear" on the sides of the glass
