Servings
For the Recipe
- Vermicelli (seviyan) - 1 / 2 cup
- Full Cream Milk - 2 cups
- Sugar - 2 tsp (adjust as per taste)
- Ghee - 1 tsp
- Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate - 1 regular bar
- Chopped cashew nuts and raisins - 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder (optional) 1 / 2 tsp
Directions

Pour in the warm milk and bring it to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally to prevent the vermicelli from sticking to the bottom.

Simmer for 5–7 minutes, or until the vermicelli softens and the milk thickens slightly. If the mixture becomes too thick, adjust the consistency with a splash of water or additional milk. Stir in the sugar and let it simmer for 2 more minutes.

Add cardamom powder and stir gently, infusing the kheer with a subtle, aromatic spice.

Break the Dairy Milk Silk chocolates and add them to the kheer.

Stir continuously on low heat until the chocolate melts completely and blends into the mixture, creating a rich, creamy chocolate flavor.

Add in chopped nuts and raisins (optional) for added texture, richness, and crunch.

Pour the kheer into serving bowls, garnishing with chocolate shavings and a few extra chopped cashew nuts. Serve warm or chilled, as preferred.
Serve warm for the ultimate creamy, chocolatey indulgence.
