For the Recipe
- 8 pieces of Cadbury Bournville Dark Chocolate
- ½ cup boiled rice
- ½ cup hot water
- ¼ cup cocoa powder, for dusting
Directions

Melt the Bournville chocolate in the microwave, heating it in 30-second intervals until it is completely melted.

In a blender, combine cooked rice and boiled water first.

Then add the melted dark chocolate. Blend until you achieve a smooth, velvety mousse-like texture.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate it for 2 hours until it sets.

Once the pudding is set, dust the top with cocoa powder and enjoy.
You can store them in the refrigerator for 3-4 days
