- Cadbury Toblerone, chopped - 50 g
- Semolina (rava / sooji) - 1 cup

- Milk - ¼ cup
- Sugar (adjust to taste) - ½ cup
- Ghee - 3 tsp
- Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
- Cashew Nuts - 10-12
- Raisins - 10-12
Directions

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast the cashews until golden. Remove and set aside. Similarly roast the raisins and keep aside

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and add semolina

Roast the semolina on low heat for 4–5 minutes until aromatic. Do not let it brown.

Meanwhile, boil the water and milk together.

Add 1 tbsp ghee for extra richness and mix well.

Lastly, add the ghee-roasted cashew and raisins to the prepared kesari and give it a final stir

Garnish with roasted cashews and a few pieces of Toblerone while serving. Enjoy warm
Serve warm for the ultimate chocolatey indulgence.
